Problem using Floodfill/Line/Rectengle

I'm suffering problem using some hotkeys which uses Shift, Ctrl, Alt and Mouse.
Like Rectengle or drawing line.
I cannot use such functions..;
Other hotkeys, like save, replace(;) works. only line, rectengle and floodfill doesn't work.
Anyone can help? my little korean TPT community doesnt have any solution or reasons.

Right now, the right control/shift/alt buttons do absolutely nothing, anywhere. You'll have to use the left ones. I changed it, but simon needs to approve the change, he wanted it this way originally but I should be able to convince him.
And what version are you using? I'm talking about 83.9, and in that version, replace mode was never re-added. It could be a problem with your keyboard layou tif you're still using 83.0

Replace mode and CAPS LOCK will be added back eventually, it's not there for now. -

It's designed to quickly get out of the way so more liquid can be poured with a brush. It also looks more realistic. -

That's actually a good explanation, I thought it seemed weird and like a glitch until now. It seems to move in a way where the water moves outside of where it started and brush shape gets outlined. This outlining thing happens more in tpt++ now, since it draws particles a different way, not my fast way that tpt uses where it splits in half down the middle. -
