Guys i found this out, and it seems that even COLD photons burn Wood and PLNT and i wanted to discuss it

Photons have a 10% chance every frame of acting like fire/lava/related elements, and catching things on fire. I guess it still is realistic, because a lot of strong light would make WOOD and PLNT (heat up and) start burning anyway. I don't know if it should be fixed or not.

I think the heating up and burning part is from the invisible infrared light, isn't it?

Just let photons pass trough something cold (except FILT).

Get some PHOT. Put some CLNE close to the PHOT and put some LN2 on it. Some PHOT will be resumably cold. Quickly stamp 'em and put al over screen. There. Some genuine cold PHOT!

    !set temp phot 0

    tpt.set_property("temp","0", "phot")

pause, get cool tool, cool down phot

get dmnd, create constant coolant inside the block of dmnd, and the reflecting phot will be cold.

get a cold phot laser from a save

    Or you can use tpt.el.phot.heat=0

All the spawned photons will be cold, until you exit tpt.

Sorry havent been on forum lately you just use the COOL tool in tools :D

i was at a save called super PHOT boom and i made it cold and tried it on solids and other burnable elements and it burned at 22.00 C

HEAT and COOL don't work on PHOT, it's a glitch. Maybe this could be fixed though, so only warm photons act like fire elements, and are more firey when they are hotter (also making stronger lasers)
