    How to make moving sponge?

    WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    !set vx spng [number]

    or

    !set vy spng [number]

    doesn't work. :(

    Read the FAQ, it was removed cause it was a bug.

    Grav fails (some parts of the moving grav simply lose the velocity, so people can't do compact grav stuff) and electrons require fire option to be off, which makes fire lag a lot x_x

     

    I want moving spng back, or ANY new solid that can move like spng moved with velocity.

    As Catelite has said before, keeping bugs in may cause problems in the future, so they removed it for the code to be better. If they deliberately code it in, that's a different story.
    Why does fire lag because of a fire option being off? O_o

    Keeping it actually wouldn't have cause any problems, it was because someone typed in a 1.00f instead of a 0.00f for sponge.

    Fire lags a little less in nothing mode, just not that much. That's because the update functions take longer than graphics functions, so most of the lag is caused by updating fire and only a tiny bit by drawing it.
