In the beta where titanium was introduced they made a ,,lock'' to prevent using large screen size for small screens. my screen is 1680x1050 (quite large) and it doesen't let me use the large window option! fullscreen isn't much of an alternative for me because i'm used to play minecraft or surf in the net while using tpt. But really, my screen is more than big enough to support the large window (i've been using it since i started tp like a year ago) so this is weird and would ruin tpt for me.
