Which exe should i run?

    is there a difference between poweder.exe and powder-sse2.exe i should know about? which is best to run my cpu supports sse2 so should i use that one?

    Speed, use powder-sse3 if you can, if not use powder-sse2, failing that then powder-sse.

    powder sse3 didnt come with the zip i dled of powder do i get it somewhere else?

    It's requires you to muck around with the advanced configuration.
    By default, it's set to not use SSE
