I can't login properly

    I've been having problems logging in with this account lately. It started with me not realizing capslock was on, so I tried to change my pass, only THEN realizing capslock was on. Paying the price of my stupidity, I changed my password. This time I tried to log back in, when it said my password was wrong again. I tried about 3 times with my new password and all attempts failed. I assumed it was a mistake of mine where i mistyped, so changed my password again, with a short and easy to memorize one. Yet it still failed to login. I'm posting this through my phone, which for some reason, isn't logged out. I have no idea how to fix this. Thank you in advance.

    Did the error message say anything about rate limits? After a handful of failed login attempts, you are blocked from logging in.

    If you try a single time right now, does it work? Your rate limit has expired.


    Btw, your username also may violate the username policy .. if you have any better names, go change it.

    The error message only states that I entered an incorrect password {even in the most recent logins) , though I will try logging in again right now. And how do I change my username? I don't have better names but I could try and come up with one lol

     

    Edit: Though, one thing that might be an important detail.. My password has irregular characters. All of the passwords I used to have and the password I have now all have the same irregular characters. 

     

    Edit 2: I probably should have mentioned this way earlier but I tried changing my username but since im having odd password errors, I can't.

    Umm isn't there A password change?

    just make a new password

    It sounds to me like you need to reset your password.
    You won't be able to change it, but you can reset it.

    All characters should work, I'm not aware of any special characters that break passwords. As long as you limit yourself to letters, numbers, and special characters. Foreign characters / unicode aren't supported and would probably break.
