    I think you can rename the group and change the description and logo, basically creating a new group. No need to give it away. It won't hurt anything :P

    He can join another group, he is only a member of one group and even if he sent 3 group registrations, he could cancel those too.

    Also I think the group limit might have been raised from 3 to 5.
