ive seen things like it in some mods, but since those mods were outdated, i just couldnt continue using them because not all the saves worked. so, i was wondering if it was possible to add a drag tool to vanilla powder toy

Elaborate. What is a 'drag tool'? I've never used too many mods to be honest.

Elaborate Idea. But what do you mean by 'Drag Tool'? I've never used many mods too.

I also didn't use too many mods, but I'm guessing that it's like copy(Ctrl+c) and cut(Ctrl+x). You click and hold then drag a specified area to move it somewhere else. It's like the selection tool in "Paint".

    Is that what you meant?

whatever is inside the cursor area gets pulled with it, and it could also bend metals, and do other cool things

Which is more or less exactly what Ctr+X and Ctrl+V does...

No, he meant like within under the brush shape, allowing you to also do triangles and ovals. Like when you clicked and dragged, everything that was under the cursor brush at the begging would end up at the end (I think)

close, it would move particles, but not keeep them in the same shape. so, if i pulled a bunch of powders, they would follow the shape, but if htey got too far away, they would just fall
