Good one. I'd actually see these elements except the (AI), this would help boost TPT's, reputation aswell.

I would also love to try and code A-I, but I only know java, and very little at that. Learning C++ isn't out of the question, but skool n stuff..... so I really have no hope until the summer. I just hope that someone who knows how to code, coculd prehaps create such a mod. Seeds, soil, AI, random cloud creation and condensation...etc, anythig that would help create a biosphere within the TPT.

This is the nuclear mod, one which contains some of the requested elements above. Maybe with future polishing, it could be exactly what I was looking for.

Yep The Nuclear Science Mod Has Many Of Those Things And More Energy Particles. (Or That Is what I Was Told.)

With AI, The Closest You Will Get Is Either A Computer Or GOL.

Okay, I will attempt to capture the essence of what I, and some of the other people posting on this thread want added in to allow this idea to work.

    Three types of A-I:

Bees that swarm, visit gell, capture seed, travel “x” distance away, and release the seed, allowing for growth of new trees.

Birds that visit plnt, and capture seed, travel “x” distance in flocks and release seeds onto soil allowing for tree growth.

    Tree spawning algorithm:

Depending on the temp of soil, a treewill grow accordingly. Randomized wood trunk of “x” pixels high, with branches and plant. Hotter soil types spawn tropical trees “palm” and colder soil spawns temperate “conifers”.

    Random water evaporation/condensation:

Create a new mode in which water will randomly evaporate at a rate “x” and condense into clouds... or just cool and drop. Plnt will also release watr vapor.

All A-I die after “x” time and reproduce, creating self-sustaining colonies in the TPT.

Huh, I too am quite interested in the computer science and game mechanics behind programming an autonomous and evolving life simulator, but I personally would have just made a completely different program instead of invading another game. But yeah, we're all pretty attached to TPT and once again, TPT brings the notion of an already existing platform and framework for particles in which you just have to come up with the algorithms. Evolving life would be interesting, but yeah, quite some amount of work. I could imagine ways to put that into place. So TPT ecosystems pretty much. Certain that if I were to try programming some of the things you guys are looking into, I'd excitedly make it fancy. High school, I 'invent' my free time for productivity. Just looking around at different things and seeing what can be done.

well its not really "invading", because alot of games hav many mods. plus "evolving" life - well i dont mind mutating creatures, but no frog to prince evolution. and ROHANman, ecosystems was one of my original ideas :D
