    Depending on the license used by OE cake, yes for source code, no for elements (ideas are not subject to copyright, only the expression of an idea. So provided the source code is not copied from OE cake, any element in OE cake could be reimplemented from scratch in TPT (i.e. clean room reimplementation, avoiding basing it on OE cake source code)).

     

    However, the question of OE cake source code copyright would only arise if the source code was available, which it is not, hence why I did not bother mentioning it.
