I avoid Facebook as much as possible, and prefer not to share personal details such as my real name.
There's a topic in the admin forum about social accounts which says
"Facebook: Ask Simon/Xenocide for Admin access"
So yes, I believe any mods/devs (or possibly anyone else who Simon is willing to trust) who wish to use social media can be made admins of the official page.

jacob4 isn't me, maybe I can check who it is when I have a computer. I don't even get 3g here, it takes a few minutes for the website to load. Also jacob3 was actually feyman, but I made him give me the pass.
Also I don't like to give my name out either, but i assumed he would give me the pass to the "The powder toy" account -
