well the idea follows common life rules, it would make it so that when a spark transfers to another pixel/particle, it would lose net life, so if on a 100 p long strip of metal it would have zero life by the end and die out, those parameters arent exact just an example, also instead of having spark activate electronics and continue along, activating and maintaining electronics such as LCRY and PCLN would need a constant source of energy and if the energy were to continue on in the circuit its net life would be subtracted by a great deal (the amount of energy used to power the electronics), the idea is flawed at the moment but with some adapting it can make electronics in powdertoy a bit more realistic/fun to use, but also this would have to be a toggled option because of the drastic change and how many older saves and circuits that would be broken by the implementation of this mode.

Cylers...Why did you contradict your own thread?
lol
I like this idea, it would probablly break a ton of saves, but, really, who cares? :) It should come with another element, RPTR (repeater) or TNSF (transformer), to help keep the SPRK going. also it should come as an option, so it doesn't break any saves.
what about like watr in spng? it shows up as a darkening or lightening in the material and would prevent the spark multiplication ussues. is there a way to increase it's life like a transformer or a way to create transistors? ntct and ptct? just thrown' out ideas.
