 What needs to be done? Kill the other survivors and then try to remove the fallout. Then she can own the entire planet.

But what is the point of owning a planet when there is no one to rule? no, she must keep a few.

she scrambled through a train wreckage near by to find that someone had hid a bottle of water in their shirt pocket because the authorities were taking all the water, she rushed to pick it and noticed the man was crisp black...

the man suddenly shot his hand at her and pulled her close, he whispered "Savor it, I knew this day would come, the nearest water vault is 20 km's west of here, head there...".

but there was one precariously placed tub of water that was pure, the purest water she had ever seen, she drained it into several bottles and was on her way.
