Wow! One rage at the morning, and then at evening you've made about 30 sentences, and made girl in a cardboard box WWIII. Good job!
I'm totally out what has happened in the story, but I try to continue it.
But the new ice age didn't happen because of global warming that rapidly raised because of all the necessary production for modern world war. -
However, the rapid global climate destabilization caused by the war caused intense global cooling due to all of the nuclear fallout blocking out the sun.

While politicians were discussing about the situtation, normal people tried to gather all food they could for themselfs, left their families alone and went as far they could in hope of finding safe place. -
This ultimately causes society to implode. Wait, where did the girl go?
