So I got a new username and decided to write down some ideas. Some epic elements I might add.
1. Napalm, or NPLM. Very flammable substance that sticks to solids and sits on top of liquids. Once lit, extremely difficullt to put out. You could make it by combining GEL and OIL.
2. LED. Powered material that generates light.
3. Halogen, or HLGN. A gas that generates light and small amounts of heat when SPRK is applied, gradually heating up the longer it is charged. (I realize you could do this with NBLE, but it makes too much heat to make a lightbulb.
4. (And I know this has been suggested many times) Magnet, or MGNT. Attracts metals, expecially IRON.
5. Heat Conductor, or HTCN. Conducts heat or cold temperature. Very strong element, melts at highest temp possible.
6. Steel, or STEL. Strong element, conductive and made with IRON and COAL, or perhaps Carbon if it is ever added.
NPLM could be used to start a very hot fire and keep it going, or could be used in conjunction with pressure causing explosives to make a napalm/incendiary bomb. Imagine how helpful.
The LED would be used to make light details, or to light up some more obscure functions of a machine. Who doesn't wish they could get light without noobish spark gimmicks or the heat of PLSM.
HLGN equals lightbulbs without melting glass.
HTCN would be used to transfer heat from one place to another, to be used in anything that involves heat, excpessially reactors and boilers.
The STEL could be conductive but much stronger than METL. As for decoration layers, I despise them.
@RAYZR(View Post) BCOL does work. If not, use THRM. LED: Sparking is awesome, use that or photons of various variations. HLGN: Use sparks. HTCN = HSWC, why suggest elements that exist? STEL: IRON, TTAN, METL, BMTL, RBDM. Pick your favourite. Despising a feature is not a reason to add more features. "OMG I DON'T LIEK DECO ADD RED METL" [Unofficial reject list]
