P/NCRG have basically no uses. You can use W/BHOL to distort ELEC movements.
EWIR is useless, use PHOT and GLAS. When cleverly arranged, GLAS can bounce PHOT of its interior.
Also, you say PIPE works with electrons? So the function can already be done...
SO WHY ARE YOU SUGGESTING IT YOU NOOB?
If it can already be done with existing elements, the suggested element then has no uses.
And, SPRK, get lost, this is "The Powder Toy", not "The Realistic Particle Simulator". -

CCTVdude, You can set fire to flammable substances with fire or plasma. You can melt metal with a nuclear blast or with plasma, why have plasma? I'm pretty sure you can do everything you can with plasma, with SOME combination of other elements, therefor it is USELESS!
CCTVdude, that's the kind of dumb logic you are using to explain why Arix is wrong. He may be wrong, but not for the reason you said. New elements are often added to make certain tasks EASIER, not just because they are the only way to do something! -
