how to open blob display

    in the new beta how can I enable blob display

    You don't. Displays were removed, click that little thing next to the pause button, under the elements, that rainbow. It's a bit unclear, but it allows you to customize your view. Ex: Ever wanted fancy with air and velocity? Or fire plus fancy?

    In some of the saves It looks better with blob I don't use it very often but still use them a little bit

    I never use blob. Ever. It doesn't look better with anything. If it was after me, they might as well don't add it. But, it's not.
