Yeah. The fact of the matter is that it does involve animal sperm, which just isn't something I want my little brother seeing when he is on the forum.

Kongregate has the same problem, many times even though there is nothing even remotely related to sex or condoms you will see a Trojan condom ad. I brought it up a few months back on their forums and they basically said they didn't care and that there was nothing they could do about it even if they did.
