Just an idea but we could make this with Thread +1/-1
Having an Thread with an good score gives you REP
Plus Mods could quickly see the Threads with alot of -1s, which is most likely to be spam

But just REP is fine

I think saves would be a horrible way for rep. Because plenty of people don't make many saves and if they do they get troll voted down.

Not bad of an idea, really. We don't need it, but it would be a nice "luxury". That is, for people who are well known.

Although the 7 days and 20 posts thing sounds good, spammers could eventually down vote their stat etc. I recommend a vote down option should be only exclusive to the moderators. Perhaps a "reset score" button will be handy to the moderators as well when a top-rated member gets caught for self voting, like frankomisko and dooose.
