Unfortunately, the powder effects are done through the decoration layer. This means state changes keep the colour. :I
Needs fixing, but not so that you lose the decoration layer through state changes.

In version 64.3, SLTW is boiling at 200 Celcius degrees. I don't think that is realistic, so maybe just a mistake
