What we are still yet to understand is quantum physics. Quantum physics governs EVERYTHING! If we do not understand the fundamentals that allow chemistry to work, HOW can we simulate it! It is like trying to build a building without knowing how the materials work!

Code, Quantom Phyisics governs SUBATOMIC PARTICALS not everything (if it did than I should be here and there at the same time...) the subatomic particles makeup everything...

(btw, can someone lend me a quantum computer?)

Photons are sub-atomic particles, they are also a type of gauge boson, they control the electromagnetic force which in turn controls chemistry.

What is being asked is a 100% realistic TPT, that is impossible.

Quantum physics governs everything through the effect of their manipulation of sub-atomic particles etc.

Well, there is actually no such thing as fire (a 'flame' is just hot gasses), but yes, you are more or less correct.

What we are still yet to understand is quantum physics. Quantum physics governs EVERYTHING! If we do not understand the fundamentals that allow chemistry to work, HOW can we simulate it! It is like trying to build a building without knowing how the materials work!

WTF? Of course we can't make it 100% realistic! But we know that C4 will explode when burnt and ice will melt when heated; we don't need quantum physics for it to be realistic? We know that certain things will happen in certain situations; we know what will happen with pretty much any element in TPT. We don't need to fully understand quantum physics to know what will happen with macroscopic substances; TPT, besides neutrons, doesn't have any subatomic particles anyway.
    In short: WHAT'S YOUR POINT?
