You can replace all the DMND area (and more to the right/left) with a ship of your own design. The pusher/PSTN creator combo should remain where they are and not be sparked separately in any occasion. I'll put a list of design recommendations in comments

    @micque: It works like a PSTN-based mover combined with a PSTN-based single-frame pusher. Here are examples of both: id:2926507 id:2887178

    3) No long-lived BRAY on the back of the ship, because it will be erased by the pushing element. 4) If you like guns on your ships: anything that fires backwards from the ship will damage the engine, so avoid that.

    This movement system places a few restrictions on ship design. These 4 points apply, but there's probably something else I haven't thought about. 1) The height of the ship cannot be higher than the height of the pushing element. 2) There should not be any gaps in the ship, as they will be compressed.
