More compact but slightly more slow than 60hz multiplier, works with shift method and my simple algorithm i called "ignore zeros" for more speed. DON'T USE MORE OF 15 BITS OF INPUTS, IT WILL BE BREAK. Max decimal input: 32,767, 29 bits output.

    Decimal converter cant support very high numbers, ensure of input a number =< 32,767 and then, if you got bad results mouse over to the filt in HEX mode (chip maker mod by mark2222) and the multiplier works good.
