    You can open task manager by pressing Windows key+R and typing "taskmgr".

    at least that's how i fixed that on my PC...

    @FrostBird ctrl+alt+del, and then open task manager and right click on TPT and click end process in task manager, but then your display will be stuck in low resolution until you go change the resolution back in control panel
