POLO is a dull-green radioactive element. POLO generates high-temperature NEUT at a constant rate, in addition to inherent heat-increase over time. Exposure to NEUT or GRVT increases its Tmp, becoming depleted POLO at 5. Depleted POLO is grey in colour. Depleted POLO doesn't give off NEUT, but continues to give off heat at a maximum of 115.01C. POLO becomes PLUT upon exposure to PROT, which can take more time than expected, given POLO is opaque to PROT.
