    well i made a post long time ago where i posted ideas for a new wall which you could set a certian temp to pass like !set temp wall (x)-(y) and particles between these temps could pass, everybody thought it was a good idea so i'm posting again after the clean up of this forum. also that post contained etrd channels which would also be usefull and they work just like wifi. it won't break saves cause if something is on 20 degrees it still sparks to all other etrd's with the same channel and on the same way as etrd did before. hope you like these ideas

    The temperature range wall is a great idea, though it shouldn't use the console to set the temperature range.

    I'm not sure about ETRD, it's always conducted to the closest, and I don't see the wall idea being useful for anything.

    @devast8a ok but how would you like to change it with the heat and cool ???

    @simon
    yes the wall is useful for several things.
    etrd: mm idk etrd is not so important to change but i think it would be a nice addition to it.

    Even if useful, filtering elements on temperature is one of those things that can already be done, but is really difficult to do. You practically have to melt things, or other nearby things, to check for it. It might be cheating a bit too much.

    @catelite i agree it's a bit cheating, but on the other side it will open new ways which tpt players will experiment and i'm sure some nice creations will show up then.

    You would think, but besides being able to heat things to specific temperatures which isn't required for much that can't be accomplished already, I can't see much use for it either.

    Sorry, but the wall idea is very difficult to implement, and the etrd idea doesn't seem useful
