    I cant compile because it's asking for the .dll of the file I used.

    That error message means it DID compile, you just can't run the compiled executable without the DLL.

    no like I named the project "mercpowder.h" and its asking for "mercpowder.dll"

    for file consistency your better off leaving it at the default filenames.
