No, you personally aren't banned. Webchat is banned. Download and install and IRC client (I recommend IceChat if you use Windows): http://icechat.net/

Actually, if your going to rage like hell, don't bother coming on the IRC, or you personally will get banned by a mod. Also, it'll annoy the hell out of everyone on the channel.
