Invalid compiler

Hey, just today I decided to make a mod. I have some knowledge when it comes to coding, but I'm not smart enough to figure out this problem. I followed all the code::blocks setup steps, and tried to compile. All it said was,
"mymod - Debug" uses an invalid compiler. Probably the toolchain path within the compiler options is not setup correctly?! Skipping...
I'm sure it's a stupid mistake on my part (like all my mistakes) but what should I do? Keep in mind that I'm not an expert at coding.

Did you tell it to use the GCC compiler? If so, try reinstalling MinGW? I'm half-guessing here, but...

I do remember telling it to use the GCC compiler... I'll go reinstall MinGW.

EDIT: reinstalled MinGW, and it gave me the same response when I tried to compile...
