Stamps as plaintext

    What is the plaintext format stamps use? I'd like to try and write a stamp creation program. With image plotting. Not for JoJoBond-style upvoteness. I'd like to experiment with it etc.
    My stamp looks kinda like this(Sublime Text is my text editor(this is my praise for the best text editor since notepad)):

    What do any of these characters represent on the stamp?
    I'd like any ideas or anything.
    I know that NUL or \0 or %00 represents the end of a string in C.
    The stamp itself is this:
