No, he's trying to say *+1*, but that's against the rules, or more specifically rule 15. So when he says "One rule fifteen for you", he means one +1 for you.

BTW: I like it too.

I was experimenting with bhol whol for accelerating a beam of photns however i always ended curving the beam or having it slowed down by the same force i use to speed it up
