Researchers say the Mayan calender repeats itself, 2012 is mearly the end, after that, it will start over again. Nothing scary with that. :D -
Even if it did end for good, that doesn't necessarily mean that's the end of the world. Also the calendar also says that a new age begins, and not a bad one either, however the transition is bad. If it does end, according to them, it will still begin with disaster, as always.

I think a lot of people will get (pointlessly) scared.
Cult member will commit mass suicide.
Religious people will pray for salvation.
Hippies will get stoned and have a massive party.
And as Dec 22 rolls over, I will stick two middle fingers in the air, and run around cheering like a hyper little kid. -

Dude, we were suppose to all die on 21th of May at 6:00 PM because it was like 7000 Years after the Apocalypse of something, we were supposed to die in 2000 too, and more that I can't remember, this is totally not gonna happen XD -
21.december 2012 the world ends. By the way, it's a friday, so guess who ends the world? That's right. Rebecca.
BTW, the mayan calendar says their gods that master the world live for 5125 years, they'll die in 2012. \a
