    I want to download visual c onto a computer, but is has no internet. Can someone help?

    Get it from a computer that either already has it, or does have an internet connection. Transfer it over using a memory stick.

    I tried downloading visual directly to a usb, but it said that It can't do that.

    I was hoping that someone would upload the program in a folder. Can someone do that please?

    By the way I too want C++ on my computer, but don't know what version.
    I have CodeGear Rad Studio, there are Delphi and C++ (cracked) but not use their.
    How learn codding=D??? and what compiler best???
