Temperature jumping or bouncing

On quartz when i testing my gun i have added a sign with temperature.
It does jumping, changing is so fast i can see only jumping.
Is this a glitch or what?

Why quartz is like that? -
Quartz's conductivity is -extremely- slow. In the game's mechanics, this basically means that heat is randomly checked and calculated only every few moments, which causes its heat values to jerk around randomly. Watch it on heat view and you'll see how I mean.
