Books for Dummies: How to get the save ID
Step 1: Click on, but do not open the save you wish to obtain the save ID for. This is the window that has the comments section.
Step 2: Now click the "open in browser" button.
Step 3: in the URL, copy the numbers at the end, after the "="
Step 4: Thats it!
Remember to use "~" then the ID in posts!
While getting the save id is not hard, I do agree that having a COPYABLE save ID within the save could be useful.

Yes! Alot easier to have in the save! Then you don't have to open numerous other pages to find the ID +1 -

What's the point of it being in-game? You can't CTRL+C and CTRL+V.

You can immiediately get the save id. Meaning linking to other saves would be a breeze. However, racer-delux's suggestion is probably the most practical for now. -
