Improved Pressurized Water Reactor

    It wasn't complex enough. Now it has extra buildings, a control computer and a seperate building for the coolant.
    Obviously, I have spent lots of time on it, but there could still be tons of problems. Please tell me if you encounter any and I'll do my best to fix it.

    Bump: Complete re-make. Now with a 'control computer' rather than a crappy spark loop. It's a bit more complex now.
