Lokal Saving of your Creations, why not? + Two more questions

So ive been with the powder toy/tool since ages now and there is only one serious thing that bugs me.
The inability to save your works on your local macine. I used to save my wokrs online with the old powder too from http://powder.unaligned.org but that page is down and my stuff is lost it seems. Alos seeing may threads here where people complain about others stealing their works, I do realy not understand at all why it is not possible to save your creations o nyour local drive.
    The advantages are obvious!
    - Your creations can't be stolen
    - No need to be online to open/save your creations (my internet tends to die for some hours)
    - Easier to manage your crations, like newer versions
    - The server where the crations are saved won't be flooded with (mostly stupid) "experimental" crations

I'd like to place two different questions in here too:
    - I am on Windows7 64bit and the application seems to run quite fast (stickman jumping for example, he barely is in the air and already falls on the gground aggain)
    - Whats the "Powder-sse2.exe" and what are their advantages. ("Streaming SIMD Extensions 2"?)

    Thanks in advance guys!

    Yeh, you are right.
It's probably kinda stupid but just hitting the "save" button would be more comftable.
    EDIT:
And most importantly, the ability to resett your simulation!

    zc00gii:
    Basically, it adds new features.

I don't see how a data processing technology would add new features to a game? ;p
It seems it only affects 32 bit OSs, giving them the "power" of 64bit processing... or such.

I feel like the "Powder-sse2.exe" would run faster than the regular one, too fast maybe?

You can save a scene as private, but yes, this will not fits your "non internet connection" request.

If it runs you should use it :P

    zc00gii:
(there's a 4 too, but not with powder toy)

it works just as well as SSE3, it's a compiler thing not a powder toy thing.

considering the stickmans height I would say his jump is pretty good (unless he was meant to be stickmario :p), running does seem to be a bit fast though I agree.

At a framerate of 30 (lots of electrodes) it feels about the right speed. Isn't a Stickmario just the thig everybody expects from a pixely, sideviewed application like that? ;)

So half speed should do right. Haha, and he would be stickluigi when you touch nitro

You can save with stamps (I do!) If you don't know how to:
Save by pressing 'S' and clicking dragging the selection box across the whole screen.
Load by pressing 'K' and clicking on your save.
