I suggest that there should be a chat box that you toggle, like the console, it pops and in. This has many uses, and it would be great if there would also be console commands for the chat. e.g. /bind F3 say "Hello all".. so that whenever you press F3 you will say that,and it would be even better if there were colours. e.g. ^4 would be blue so: /bind say "^4Hello all" would say Hello world in blue.

yes, and even people that arent logged in, but there would be different channels and some Mods only some Members only and some everyone. And people that arent logged in will have a username like: Guest1 or Guest58600

yes practically just like that, but if possible other tpt see only irc channels with blocks to certain types of members so you can have mod chats, members chats and everyone chats, and color enabled, with the bind ablity
