This facility is capable of harvesting raw Plutonium from an underground mine, refining it, shipping it to a conversion facility, converting it into Uranium and Stone, refining it, shipping it to a reactor, and generating power. It is complete with an underground mine, a cooling lake, a basic reactor facility, a Plutonium refinery, and a Uranium Refinery. Feedback is greatly encouraged and appreciated.
