This facility is meant to gather raw plutonium, refine it, create Uranium, then ship it to a reactor to generate electricity. Portals represent transport vehicles in real life. Complete with raw Plutonium mine, refinery, reactor, and cooling lake.

    I am aware. But if I said "Plutonium Refinery" noobz would be on my ass. I understand that the properties are reversed. However, I thank you for the compliment.

    As utterly awesome as this is, in real life you refine uranium to make plutonium.
