    I don't understand.
Just a couple of hours ago I was playing TPT with 60-61 FPS.
But now, whenever I start it it goes to ~20 FPS.
I have a pretty capable PC, not the best by any means, but not slow enough to be ~20 FPS.
    Windows 7 Home Premium x64
    Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.27GHz
    4GB RAM DDR2, @800MHz
    Intel GMA X4500MHD
(not the best, I know. Please don't put your specs in just for bragging if you have a better machine. I don't care).
Please help. I installed DirectX 11 because they said it would take it, but it slowed everything to a screeching halt so I tried to downgrade it, how? I have tried every sse* and have tried to redownload it but still ~20 FPS.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Actually just restart PT, sometimes leaving it running lags it down a bit.

Check the priority of the program.
