Hey guys, i need help with this transistor that i fount:
    transistor
On the left, the NTCT semi-conductor is used for base. However i use this transistor for timing, however if the base was kept on for long, and then shut off, the NTCT is still heated to like 200 degrees and takes some time to cool. I tried using LN2 and NICE for cooling, but then it was too cold delaying start. Does anyone have a beter and more accurate, faster transistor?

This is one thing a few of us have been trying to find. I don't know of any way to make transistors without NTCT/PTCT, and I don't think anyone else does. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I would have to agree with you, I don't think there is any other way of doing it.

my advice would be to add more ntct it has odd cooling properties , some diamond to disperse the heat may help
