    well i was trying to press back space 1 time and i accidently pressed f12 and a screen popped up that said powder toy forum developer tools what is that mods?

    If my understanding of most PC functions are correct it's something to do with the websites underlying HTML code. Devs get easy Access to their work with that and some other button I think.
    Either that or it's things like "make so-and-so a dev, make so-and-so a mod", ect.
