also is there anyway i can see all the tmps and such like flags tmp3, 4, 2, 1 i use subframechip maker for tmp2 but there's still tmp3 or 4

Hey there, If you have the script manager installed, download the "extra customizable HUD" mod. the mod itself does not automatically display Tmp3, or 4, but if you press Ctrl+', you can "customize" the hud and insert tmp3 and 4. I have done this myself, I can confirm that it displays all tmps of a specific particle when you mouse over it. 

PS - when you customize the hud, you will have to move two pairs of brackets so that the actual tmp3 and 4 lines up with the rest of the HUD.
