Problem with not enough pressure for it

    Although i may use pressure pumps to create pressure but i don't want to  and can i use something to create just enough pressure for co2 to turn into the oxyg just by using sum like boyl or idk,also how do i transport the product of the fusion,neutrons and photons, both isolated from other products?

    STOR(NEUT) and STOR(PHOT) which them pass to powered pipe which is unbreakable i think
