Urgent Update Recommendations!

Ever since the vandalised wiki pages that happened recently, we need the wiki to include who edited the wiki page or else it would be harder to identify the people, especially vandals, who are responsible for editing the wiki changes. We also need update history as well, in case users use a bait account so they can get "banned" without getting banned. With the update history, it would be practically impossible for vandals to use the bait trick. And finnaly, a report button for vandalized wiki pages so developers and moderators can get inforation quicker than before.

We already basically have these things. Maybe you just didn't look hard enough. The great thing about the wiki is that it includes full edit history so you can see every change, see who did it, and admins can undo it if needed. The only thing missing is a report button, but we monitor every wiki change and revert vandalism within a day usually. Our ability to monitor is broken right now (just don't tell the vandals ...)
Last thing, the wiki wasn't actually vandalized. It's a migration issue when coming from the old server to the new. Certain pages reverted to what they looked like in an older state from over 10 years ago. We think more pages could be broken so we're looking into how to fix that. -
Thanks for the info. Also, if your ability to moniter is broken, then it's best to use add a report button tool!
