So i first saw this guy in the comment section of RebMiami's Lua Mods thing, and he was being really mean and salty when Reb didnt add his elemental wall. This guy even made a jacob1 hate save (id: 2987794). He also loves making toxic comments on his own saves, lashing out against people who disagree with him. This guy is really annoying.

I agree he was salty there, I deleted some of the recent comments that got abusive.
Do not make public ban requests though, it's considered backseat moderating and is against the rules. We have other methods to report problematic users. You can use the Report button on the save to report his comments (no harm in doing this, it lets us know of the problem and leaves no bad mark on the save). You can also PM a mod directly. Public forum posts or comments are not a good method of reporting users. It could lead to a flame war (and used to, back when the volume of forum posts was higher).
Also about the "jacob1 hate save", it just makes use of the JCB1 element from TPT-Ultimata, it's a fun element. If you saw the messages printed when using JCB1 you'd understand, it's not a hate save.
