creations on this list have much more votes than better old creations, old creations are voted less oftenly, so these will be almost never on list, more people sees creations on featured list and votes on them and that list shows creations that was much voted last time so creation on this list is in infinite loop!
e.g. to have my mona lisa on list i must reupload it, but i will lost votes (about 120 in some months, creations on featured list have that much votes in 2-3 days...)

I agree here, there are tons of crappy ones. Point 2 would be completely overboard since even the regulars post crappy or silly stuff once in a while, not sure how point 1 would work and I'm all for point 3.

creations at featured list are more "famous", old, better creations cant be on this list, because so much people voted for it
