TPT-Ultima issue

I have an issue with TPT-Ultima, I have tried everything I can to resolve it, including completely removing all traces of TPT andJacob1's mod from my computer and redownloading it but nothing seems to be working.

The issue with TPT-Ultima that I am facing is that I cannot seem to be able to update it to the latest version to connect to multiplayer. WhenI click the online tab, it freezes for about 30 seconds, I know it is freezing because the title bar says The Powder Toy Ultima (not responding). When it unfreezes it gives me the following error message:

    "Script not responding

The Lua script may have stopped responding. There might be an infinite loop. Press "Stop" to stop it"

To try and get around this, I went and found the autorun.lua and pasted into a text file in the scripts folder, but when I try to run it, it tells me "scripts\autorun.lua:18: manager is already running"

When I attempt to connect to multiplayer it gives me the following error message:

"* Disconnected: protocol version mismatch; try updating TPTMP, or if it is built into your mod, install it from the Online tab in the Script Manager" but I can't update because of this script error, it's rather frustrating!

If anybody knows what might be wrong and how to fix it please let me know.

    Thanks in advance!

Ultimata is not maintained anymore. It was bound to break upon any change made to anything it depended on, such as the script manager, and it indeed did eventually break. As the post says, you can download scripts with vanilla and then pray that Ultimata picks them up and doesn't crash in the process, but you can't do much beyond that. It's time to move away from this mod.

Btw yes it's called Ultimata, not Ultima.

Ah okay, thanks for the reply, I didn't see that part that says it's not maintained any more, but it's okay because Jacob1's Mod seems to still be working fine.

You didn't see it because I added it after you made this thread. I don't know why the author didn't bother to add it.
