hmm... some interesting concepts here,

I dont know about curves and/or automatic pixel placement in the brush, but some of the electronics sound ok.

I like the sound of the heat controlled timer, perhaps it could be renamed quartz?
and as for the resistor, i suggest that the hotter it is the slower the current travels. (edit: wait, that might of been what you said)

I like most of them. Number 3 I'm not real sure about and the resistor sounds alot like the timer one, so maybe some more detail on the resistor?

Number 2 seems kind of complicated, so yea, all but 2 and 3.
